COOL INFO 1. 4130 Chrome Moly Is Purchased In Straigth Lengths.
2. Tubing Is Then Cut Into The Component Pieces Using A Power Saw.
3. The Cut Pieces Are Then Bent To Templates To Match The Jigs .
4. A Geared Head Mill Is Then Used To Condition The Tube Ends And Drill For Gussets And Mounting Points.
5. Component Pieces Are Fitted And Clamped In The Jig And Tig Welded One Side At A Time. 6. Once The Sides Have Been Constructed, They Are Both Clamped In The Upright Jig And TheRemaining Sections Are Tig Welded Into Place. 7. Each Section Is Fully Welded And Stress Relieved Before The Completed Frame Is Removed From The Jig. 8. Then the finished Product is packed & either picked up or delivered to your door. ![]() |
